Obituary of Rita Rae Winters
Rita Rae Winters, 62, of Lawrenceburg died Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Rita was the wife of Brian McQueen.
She was born in Stanford Springs Ct. to the late Clyde Henry Commo and Edwina Dora LaSalle.
Rita was a graduate of Enfield High, Enfield Ct. and a care provider for a adult group home. She was a member of Nineveh Christian church. She loved hiking, camping, movies and country music.
She is survived by two sons, Jason (Stefani) Surriner and Shawn Winters; two brothers, Henry Commo and Fred Commo; step- daughter Kristie and Doc Caudill; and three grandchildren Chezney Surriner, Silas Winters, and Britney Hopkins.
Rita was predececeased by two sisters, Tina Marie Commo and Anna Avery.
The memorial service will be held Saturday at 11: 00 a.m. at Nineva Christian church by Will Cooper.
